This Return Policy governs the terms and conditions under which products purchased through the Mittal Pharmacy App may be returned. Due to the sensitive nature of pharmaceutical products, all returns are subject to strict verification and regulatory compliance.
1. Eligibility for Returns
Returns shall be accepted only under the following conditions:
- The medication must be unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging
- Returns must be initiated within fourteen (14) days from the date of purchase
- The original purchase invoice must be produced at the time of return
- Medicine strips must be intact and unopened
- Loose tablets, capsules, or partially used strips shall not be accepted under any circumstances
2. Non-Returnable Products
The following products are strictly non-returnable:
Cold chain / temperature-sensitive items
Products requiring refrigeration or controlled temperature storage are not eligible for return, as Mittal Pharmacy cannot verify whether the prescribed cold chain conditions were maintained after delivery.
Reimbursed or insurance-claimed invoices
Products purchased under invoices that have already been reimbursed or submitted for insurance claims shall not be eligible for return. Such invoices are subject to cross-verification by reimbursing authorities or insurance providers, and any return may result in rejection of the claim.
3. Verification and Discretion
All return requests are subject to inspection and approval by authorized personnel of Mittal Pharmacy.
Mittal Pharmacy reserves the absolute right to accept or reject any return request if the stated conditions are not fully satisfied. Decisions taken by Mittal Pharmacy in this regard shall be final and binding.
4. Amendments
Mittal Pharmacy reserves the right to modify, amend, or update this Return Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes shall be effective immediately upon publication within the App.
5. Refund Method and Timeline
In most cases, refunds shall be processed using the original mode of payment used at the time of purchase.
Refunds are initiated immediately upon approval of the return from Mittal Pharmacy's end.
For online or digital payment refunds, the refunded amount may take up to five (5) business days to reflect in the recipient's bank account or payment instrument, depending on the policies and processing timelines of the respective bank or payment service provider.
Mittal Pharmacy shall not be held responsible for delays caused by banks, payment gateways, or third-party financial institutions once the refund has been successfully processed from our end.
