Delivery Terms & Medicine Usage Disclaimer

By placing an order through the Mittal Pharmacy App, you agree to the following terms and conditions related to delivery and consumption of medicines.

1. Delivery Terms

1.1 Bus / Taxi Delivery

Mittal Pharmacy arranges parcel dispatch through trusted and established transport partners including bus and taxi services.

All medicines and products are carefully checked and securely packed at our premises before dispatch.

Once the parcel leaves our premises and is handed over to the transport service provider, Mittal Pharmacy shall not be held responsible for:

  • Delay in delivery
  • Loss of parcel
  • Damage during transit
  • Mishandling by the transport partner

Customers are advised to coordinate directly with the respective transport operator for tracking and delivery updates after dispatch.

1.2 Courier Delivery

Mittal Pharmacy dispatches parcels only through trusted courier partners.

All shipments are properly verified and securely packed before dispatch.

After the parcel has been handed over to the courier partner, Mittal Pharmacy shall not be liable for:

  • Delivery delays
  • Lost shipments
  • Damage during transit
  • Courier-related service issues

Any transit-related concerns must be addressed with the respective courier company.

2. Consumption of Medicines

Mittal Pharmacy acts solely as a supplier of medicines that are purchased or prescribed by a registered medical practitioner.

Customers must consume medicines strictly as prescribed by their doctor. Dosage, timing, duration, and method of administration must be followed exactly as directed by the prescribing physician.

Mittal Pharmacy shall not be responsible for:

  • Incorrect usage
  • Self-medication
  • Overdose or underdose
  • Side effects resulting from improper consumption
  • Use without proper medical supervision

If you experience any adverse reactions or unusual symptoms, consult your doctor immediately.

3. Medicine Catalogue & Product Information

Medicine images, composition details, descriptions, "how it works," directions for use, precautions, and listed side effects displayed on the Mittal Pharmacy App are provided for informational and illustrative purposes only.

Such information is not intended to replace professional medical advice. The catalogue content must not be treated as a guide for self-diagnosis or self-medication.

Medicines must always be consumed as directed by your physician, including prescribed dosage, frequency, and duration.

In case of any discrepancy between the information shown in the app and your doctor's prescription, always follow your doctor's instructions.
