We only collect information that is necessary to provide our services effectively. This may include:

• Basic user details such as name, phone number, or login credentials
• Transaction-related data such as purchase records, invoices, or payment details
• App usage data (pages viewed, search terms) to improve our service
• Device information (device type, operating system) for app compatibility
• Your device's advertising ID, used only to measure our ads (on iPhone, only if you allow tracking; see section 4)

We do not collect unnecessary personal data.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used only for legitimate business purposes, including:

• Processing orders and transactions
• Maintaining accurate records
• Improving app performance and user experience
• Providing customer support
• Sending push notifications about order status and delivery updates (you can disable this in settings)
• Using your location (only when you use the address picker) to help fill delivery addresses
• Measuring how well our ads on Facebook and Instagram work (see section 4)
• Complying with legal and regulatory requirements

We do not use your data for spam, unsolicited marketing, or unrelated purposes.

3. Data Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.

Your data is shared only in these cases:

• To comply with legal obligations
• With trusted service providers strictly for app functionality (if applicable)
• With Meta (Facebook), in the limited form described in section 4, to measure our ads

Any third party involved is expected to maintain the same level of confidentiality.

4. Advertising & Ad Measurement (Meta)

We advertise Mittal Pharmacy on Facebook and Instagram, which are run by Meta. To learn which of our ads bring people to the app, the app includes Meta's ad measurement software (the Meta SDK). It shares limited information about activity in the app with Meta.

What the app shares with Meta

• When the app is installed or opened, and how long it is used
• When you open a product page, add an item to your cart, start checkout, search, create an account, or place an order
• The rupee amount and number of items involved, such as an order total
• Standard device information, such as device model, operating system, app version, language, time zone, and IP address
• Your device's advertising ID (on iPhone, only if you allow tracking)

What the app never shares with Meta

• Your name, phone number, email address, or delivery address
• The names of the medicines or products you view or buy
• What you type into search
• Your prescriptions or any other health information

Your choices

• iPhone: the app asks whether you allow tracking. If you choose "Ask App Not to Track", your advertising ID is not shared and Meta is told that you have not allowed tracking. You can change this at any time in Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.
• Android: you can reset or delete your advertising ID at any time in your phone's settings (usually Settings > Google > Ads, or Settings > Privacy > Ads).
• Your choice does not change how the app works.

Meta handles the information it receives under its own Privacy Policy.

5. Data Security

We take reasonable and appropriate measures to protect your information against:

• Unauthorized access
• Loss or misuse
• Alteration or disclosure

Access to sensitive data is restricted and controlled.

6. Data Retention

We retain your information only for as long as necessary to:

• Provide our services
• Meet legal, accounting, or regulatory requirements

When data is no longer needed, it is securely deleted.

You have the right to:

• Access your information
• Request correction of incorrect data
• Request deletion of your data (subject to legal requirements)

All payments through the Mittal Pharmacy app are for physical medicine products and delivery services.

Mittal Pharmacy App is not intended for use by children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.
